Surprisingly league champions and leaders Chelsea were beaten to a you-can-say "poor" Liverpool side who fielded Martin Kelly in the absence of Glen Johnson, Liverpool fielded later on youngsters Jonjo Shelvey, Jay Spearing and probably a "considered senior" Davig N'gog. Chelsea on the other hand fielded a way more reasonable strong team, Anfield may be a "fotress", but seeing Chelsea being in a good state, no one, and I mean NO ONE ever in the world thought Liverpool would had got something out of the game, the most surprisingly part being Torres scoring 2 goals and not just goals, but 2 back-to-his-best goals, specifically the 2nd one, it may be one of the goals for the season.
Martin Kelly disposed off Malouda parallel to the one at White hart Lane last week, where Maicon was hammered by Gareth Bale flat.
Lucas probably had another rare good performance for Liverpool. Chelsea tried everything, but Reina as usual was in tip top condition. Initially, it was Malouda - Anelka - Kalou leading the attack, when things did not work out, Ancelotti opted Drogba in for Kalou, even Zhirkov, and Ivanovic had to make way for Bosingwa and Sturridge for more flair and pace. But still, nothing happened it just means anyone can beat anyone simply because it's the Premier League.
